I started my career in retail management, gaining 7 years of experience in multi-store retail management, followed by nearly a decade in dedicated HR leadership roles. My skills and knowledge continue to evolve as I’ve been fortunate to work with inspiring leaders who have recognized my potential and supported my growth. Earning my SPHR and OSHA 10 certifications, along with strategic hands-on experience in warehouse operations, skilled labor, and healthcare, has provided me with a solid HR foundation. I’ve collaborated with entry-level staff to C-suite executives, always aiming to build strong, effective teams and ensure smooth, compliant operations. Currently, I reside in Effingham and proudly serve on the HR Team at The Krusteaz Company.
