Diane L Rieck

A native of East Central Illinois, Diane purchased an Express Employment Professionals Franchise in 2006. She began serving all or part of Coles, Cumberland, Douglas, Effingham, Moultrie and Shelby County immediately. Her passion to help people succeed has been her drive. Son Jamie joined her in 2013 and has worked in every role. In 2019 he earned ownership in the company. In 2020 they expanded their territory to include Fayette County. When husband Ray retired from Lake Land College he joined Diane and Jamie and together, they lead an award-winning Express Employment Professionals office.
