About Us
CEFS is a non-profit Community Action Agency serving the IL counties of Effingham, Christian, Clay, Fayette, Montgomery, Moultrie and Shelby. CEFS develops, implements and evaluates social services programs to assist economically and socially disadvantaged people in their quest for greater self-sufficiency and offers programs as diverse as the needs of the people in the communities that it serves.
