Speech Language Pathologist
Meraki Health is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evaluation and treatment to children within the private outpatient setting. You would also assist in the implementation of plans of care at a therapeutic day program. Additional opportunity to participate in equine-assisted therapy is available. You would be part of a collaborative team of professionals who are passionate about helping others live their best lives!
This is a unique opportunity to do cutting edge work with dedicated support staff including SLP, OT, PT, BT, ED and 1:1 Therapy Technicians who understand and support developmental language, sensory processing strategies, emotional development, and how they impact children with special needs. We believe that the “behaviors” others see as impacting education for these students are a result of their challenges with comprehension and communication, challenges in processing sensory information from their environment and staying regulated around a broad range of emotions. With our interpretation of their intentions, language-based strategies, emotional and sensory support, and an individualized, multi-sensory, engaging and meaningful curriculum, our kids are limitless!
