Jerry McDaniel Shares His Journey

We are excited to have Jerry McDaniel share his journey with our YBNext members on January 29th. Jerry is the President of Superior Fuels, Inc., a supplier of Propane, Ethanol and Bio Diesel  throughout Southern Illinois as well as President of Dirtbuster Carwash LLC operating 18 carwashes in Illinois and Indiana. He began his first fuel transportation business in 1984 with two trucks, and grew that company to a fleet of 150 trucks serving five states, before selling it to the largest fuel transportation company in the U.S. in 2000.  With the direction of his father, Jerry learned the foundations of starting a business. Jerry has been involved  in many business ventures. These include trucking, assisted living, propane, car washes, and real estate. Jerry will discuss what he feels are the keys to success in any business and how to manage different business ventures. McDaniel currently serves on the board of South Eastern Illinois Community Foundation  and on the Board of Midland States Bank.
