The Department of Labor has released the New Overtime Exemption Rules.
Businesses will need to analyze ALL of their current exempt employees to assure that those individuals are still exempt and the salary increases necessary for businesses to consider an employee exempt from the overtime requirements.
The key is for businesses to get ahead of the game and identify any potential issues now and fix them prior to the regulations going into effect!
