Mindy Melton, Business Development Coordinator for Gateway Foundation has been with the organization since July 2018. She has a passion for helping others and has spent most of her career in fields where she is making a difference in the life and wellbeing of others from working for 12 years in Recruitment Development at a community blood center to working with non-profits on their marketing campaigns. When she isn’t working she enjoys time with her husband Shane of 15 years and her two sons, Ford and  Levi .  When she isn’t taking care of the house full of boys, she likes to read, bake and play fetch with her 1 year old Goldendoodle, Army.
