Private exchanges are a way to offer group health care coverage to your employees, no matter the size of your business. A private exchange is an online marketplace that lets employees shop for affordable health insurance plans. The Illinois Chamber is partnering with the Effingham County Chamber of Commerce to save members time, money and to provide an alternative way of offering your employees healthcare benefits. This informational meeting will explain the basics of healthcare exchanges.
