We are having an Open House to give the public an opportunity to see what kinds of things we have to offer. We will offer a variety of classes this day from kids to adults to family.
9 am Adult fitness
10 am Tiny Tigers (3-6 YO)
10:30 am Board Breaking
11:15 am DEMO team performance
11:30 am Bully Prevention
12:30 pm Food
1:00 pm Self Defense (Adults and Kids)
