Location

Tours for Students will be pre-arranged through their schools and will initiate at the KC Hall in Effingham.
Persons from the general public who would like to tour facilities should watch for further information on Open Houses on this page or through their local newspaper. You may also contact the manufacturers directly.

Description

Local Manufacturers will join with manufacturers across the nation to host workplace tours promoting careers in manufacturing for students from the region who are Juniors or Seniors in High School. Some manufacturers will also have tours/open houses available to the general public. Manufacturers who will be offering tours are Waupaca Foundry, Stevens Industries,Versatech, Hodgson Mills, John Boos, Kingery Printing, Mechanovent, Quad Graphics, Sherwin Williams, and Nova Solutions.

Lunch is open to the public. At this year's luncheon, students will be able to question our "Ask Joe" panel, consisting of Joe Emmerich, Joe Forbes, Joe Tillman, and Joe Schumacher, all expects in their fields and an inspiration to us all!
