Presented By: Jim Dye, Vice President of ISS Insurance Group
Jim Dye graduated from Indiana University Southeast. Masters from Spalding College. He has been in the health insurance industry for over 15 years. He started his career working on the carrier side of the business and currently owns ISS Insurance Agency in Mattoon, IL.
The areas he plans to cover in the presentation are:
- Which employees must be offered coverage?
- Which employers are large employers for purpose of this health insurance mandate?
- How much of employees' health care costs must employers pay?
- What are the most recent updates to the Act? (timeline update)
- What options are available to help employers and individuals comply with the Affordable Care Act and cope with the rising cost of health insurance?
