Description
The Effingham Elks Auction has funded our efforts to assist local Effingham County families with "Handicapped" Children under the age of 21, for 38 years now. Anything from wheelchairs, wheelchair lifts, carriers, iPads, communicating devices, to concrete or wooden ramps and the list goes on.
