Fit for a Cause

Description

This Sunday, September 23^rd from 2-4 pm, the Workman Sports Complex with be hosting our first "Fit for a Cause" event. Cost is $15 (cash only please) per participant; membership to the complex is not required.  

With September being Suicide Prevention and Awareness month, the Workman Sports Complex, The Wellness Loft and Amy Guy will be teaming up to do our part in raising awareness. 100% of the proceeds generated will be used for resources that will educate and bring awareness to our local community on suicide.  Amy will be on-site to help enlighten the group.

The workout marathon will consist of a short demonstration from our various class offerings from the following instructors:

Carrie Wegman: High Fitness                                                                                                                                         Stacia Bloemer: Cardio Kickboxing
Kelly Roepke: PiYo                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                Fun music & high energy from this group will create a workout that will be good for your heart in more ways than one.
