  Bruce Vernon, joined The Equity as CEO in February
  of 2015.  In October of 2017, he was appointed to the
  Board of Directors at Land O Lakes Inc.  Prior to
  joining The Equity, Bruce was VP International for
  Koch Agronomic Services in Wichita, Kansas; VP
  Fertilizer for Viterra in Calgary, Alberta, Canada; CMO
  for Mid-Kansas Coop in Moundridge, Kansas and
  Director of Crop Nutrient Sales and Risk Management
  for Agriliance LLC. Bruce also held several
  management positions with Farmland Industries.  
  Bruce and his wife Jayne live in Effingham and have
  two grown children, a son-in-law, grandson and granddaughter in    Kansas City.
