"Business Spotlight - Koerner Distributor"

Jordan Koerner was born and raised in Effingham and was a 2005 graduate of St. Anthony High School. He graduated with a Finance degree from the University of Notre Dame in 2009 before attending law school at Saint Louis University specializing in Business Transactions. He was admitted to the Illinois and Missouri Bar and practiced law in Edwardsville, Illinois.
 
Jordan officially joined the beverage alcohol industry in 2014 when he moved to New Hampshire to work for the E&J Gallo Winery in their Management Development Program. Two years later, he joined his family’s beer, wine and spirits wholesale company. In 2018, Jordan was promoted to Vice President and General Manager of Koerner Distributor. He currently sits on the Associated Beer Distributors of Illinois Board of Directors and the Midland Institute for Entrepreneurship Board of Directors. Jordan married Kristin Heuerman (Teutopolis) in 2015 and they are now learning how to parent after welcoming their daughter Amara into the world in November 2018.
