Topic:  "Keeping & Developing “A” Players for “A+” Business Success"

If you want your business to be in business in 10 years, your next generation of leaders likely already works for you. The challenge is will you develop their leadership abilities and keep them or will you spend endless hours and dollars recruiting the talent you hope will succeed?

Dan Woods’ mission is to Engage and Energize Leaders to make      a difference in their lives and the lives of those they lead.

He helps business owners, CEOs, and management leaders take
on their toughest decisions. His focus the past 5 years has been
exclusive leadership coaching and training across the region, guiding
businesses through leadership transitions, as well as chairing a CEO
private advisory board for Vistage Worldwide.

A leader’s #1 job is to develop leaders, not followers. As the leader
learns to get out of the way, his or her vision becomes clear to the
rest of the team and the next level emerges in splendor.

Dan’s expertise is built upon 30 years of award winning executive leadership, 4 times as President and CEO, including the Effingham Regional Growth Alliance and HSHS St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital.

He has led organizations with 60 to 900 employees and knows the value and challenge of growing leaders at every level. In today’s war on talent the importance of retaining and developing “A” players is essential for any businesses success in the next 10 years.
