Description
FREE Healthy Families Workshop. The evening includes a meal and is FREE to attend, but enrollment is limited. Topics covered include nutrition education, healthy eating, shopping, cooking on a budget and family wellness and gardening. Bring your favorite recipe to share. We will be looking at ways to improve the nutrition of each recipe.
