Bev Soltwedel is married to Delbert Soltwedel, a grain farmer in Effingham County. They have three married children and nine grandchildren. She is a member of Faith Lutheran Church and a member of the Health and Wellness Team for the church; Past President for Effingham Noon Rotary and Past Assistant Governor for Rotary; member of Effingham Toastmasters, Effingham Unit #40 Foundation, Board of Illinois Farm Bureau Speakers Bureau; member of CASA, former board member and officer of Lutheran Care Center and becoming a Certified Trainer In Proper Etiquette & Protocol and employed part-time for Land of Lincoln Credit Union Community Development.
