Description
Nothing is perfect, but this is what makes everything in Creation unique and beautiful. Kay Metzelaars will explain and demonstrate how meditation can be used to help us adjust to the imperfections in our lives. We will explore how to sit through distractions during meditation; the impact of body image in relationship to self judgement; and ways to accept that which we cannot change.
