PH: 217-342-3636 The Effingham Elks Committee with special needs will sponsor a spaghetti fundraiser to benefit the Illinois Children's Care Corporation. Spaghetti, salad, and garlic bread will be served from 5 pm until 7 pm. A bake sale and 50/50 drawing will be held as well. Cost is $5 per person. Heather & Marty will provide entertainment from 7 pm until 10 pm. Come enjoy the evening!Date and Time
