The Effingham Elks Lodge #1016, Handicapped Children's Auction is a fundraiser for our committee that assists children with special needs under the age of 21 in Effingham and the surrounding areas. A wide variety of items will be available for your bidding pleasure. Examples of items include quilts, ornaments, purses, gift certificates, baskets, tools, rugs, food coupons and more!
