The Effingham County Compensation and Benefits survey covers a wide range of jobs in retail, service, manufacturing, distribution, construction, medical, governmental agencies, non-profit organizations and school districts. This survey includes information from employers of all sizes, ranging from start-ups to multi-national corporations. We have been providing this valuable resource to area businesses and community since 2002.
The results of the compensation and benefits surveys will assist you to:
- Determine your position in the local employment market
- Attract and retain employees with competitive compensation and benefits
- Make informed decisions about pay practices and change in base pay policies
- See trends in health insurance costs
Complete the registration form and return it to the Chamber office before July 29th!
Participating organizations will be contacted by Bushue Human Resources, Inc. to complete a questionnaire in order to compile the wage and benefit information for the survey.
