When spring arrives in Effingham, it can only mean one thing – it’s time for a fling!   The Effingham Central Business Group is sponsoring the “Downtown Spring Fling” on Saturday May 9^th in conjunction with the annual Artisan Fair, located on the Historic Courthouse Museum lawn. 

Be sure to pick up your Passport to Spring at the Effingham Central Business Group booth on the Courthouse Lawn before making your way downtown for a chance to win a gift basket full of gift cards and goodies donated by downtown businesses, valued at $300.  You must return your completed card ito the booth by 3 p.m. to be eligible to win.
Visit your favorite downtown businesses to discover new spring trends, products, fashions, foods and fun!  Enjoy refreshments, savings and events!  
As you take a stroll through and visit the downtown business, be sure to check out the many photo stands on display.  Show us your creative and artistic side by taking a fun photo to share with your friends or post on Facebook.
