Description
Join Abbey Depoister, Effingham Convention and Visitors Bureau marketing assistant, for a tour of the 2016-2017 Art on the Avenue. Sculptures from around the Midwest are featured in this year's downtown display. The tour will meet on the west side of the library, facing Third Street. Registration required.
