Don your best disguise for Experience Downtown Effingham's Trick-or-Treat event! On Saturday, October 30th, partake in a safe, family-friendly afternoon out on the town with your trick-or-treaters. Stroll from business to business, collecting sweets and treats as the cute, the creepy, the funny and the scary descend upon Downtown Effingham...
Participating businesses will be handing out candy to trick or treaters from 2pm - 4pm.
Downtown businesses participating in the event will be marked with balloons designating their participation in the event.
The event, sponsored by the Downtown Effingham Business Group offers a safe, family friendly environment for your trick or treaters.
