We also wanted to note that for our Downtown Business Group meeting on Monday, March 3rd - we’re bringing in Teresa McCloy, a certified business coach, to guide us through a SWOT analysis—helping us identify our Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats as a collective group.

This session is all about gaining vision and clarity on where we want to take the Downtown Business Group. By aligning our goals, we can move forward together, row in the same direction, and create real momentum for our businesses and community.
