You can pick up on Thursday, September 10, 2015 at the Orchard Inn, Effingham after 6:00 p.m. 2. All cooking must be done at The Orchard Inn, Effingham, Illinois. One 10x10 booth space, per entry at 6:00 a.m. on September 12, 2015. Space is on a first come first serve basis. 3. Cooking MAY NOT begin prior to 6:00 a.m. September 12, 2015. 4. NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL will be permitted. 5. Containers will be provided for the blind judging. Judging of Pork Butt at 5:00 p.m. Blind judging will be based on taste and appearance. 6. Blind Judging for Pork Butt will pay the following: i. 1st place - $100.00 ii. 2nd place - $75.00 iii. 3rd place - $50.00 iv. 4th place ? $25.00 7. There will be a Best Decorated Booth Award for those that wish to participate. 8. A baby back rib class and Chicken class has been added again this year. It will be a blind judging only by 5 separate judges for each category. $5.00 entry fee and grillers will need to provide own meat for 5 judges. Approximately 3 ribs per judge. Prize money determined by the number of entries. 9. A mandatory cooks meeting will be held September 12, 2015 at approximately 10:00 a.m. 10. Any Electricity needs is up to each team to arrange with the Orchard. 11. Judging times will be in the afternoon and will be announced at a later date. 12. Sign up deadline is September 3, 2015.
