Description
An evening bringing back part of the old Effingham Cruise Route with 2-way traffic down Jefferson Avenue. Come downtown to enjoy classic cars and so much more! There will be great food, including Hi-Boy hamburgers on the Courthouse lawn, live music and wine/beer garden at Village Wine & Gifts.
