Travis Whitt, a senior at Altamont Community High School, is involved in numerous leadership positions in and out of school. He is also a member of the varsity teams for both track and field and cross country. He was appointed to the U.S. Senate Page Program by Senator Durbin for the 2014 fall semester. Travis is a returning member of the Illinois State Board of Education Student Advisory Council and currently serve as co-chair of this council. Travis is a current member of the CEO class where he served as CEO for the Experience and is now operating his own personal business. He has worked on both the Bruce Rauner campaign and the recent John Shimkus campaign. HE will be attending The Ohio State University in the fall where he intends to major in finance.
