Description
Coaching is a process that enables learning and development to occur and performance to improve. To be successful, a coach requires knowledge and understanding of the process as well as the styles, skills and techniques that are appropriate. Developing the skills of a coach can have a positive impact on how you work with others in your organization and even bu8ild better quality conversations outside of the workplace. Participants at this seminar will learn the structure and theory behind a quality coaching conversation. Everyone will have the opportunity to see a coach, be a coach and have a coach.
