Located at 2611 S. Banker Street in Effingham, Illinois specializing in Occupational Health Services. Dr. Jacobson, Medical Director, is Board Certified in Occupational Health. In our clinic, we also have Susie Esker, NP and Quenten Austin, PA as our wonderful Providers. Our clinic provides pre-employment health screenings, drug tests, DOT exams (randoms also), and handle on the job injuries (very cost-effective). We have many more services we provide on a daily basis to local employers as well!
