Cancer Care Specialists of Illinois provides medical oncology, hematology, and radiation oncology services at Crossroads Cancer Center in Effingham. Laboratory and imaging services are also available. Providers in Effingham include Dr. Philip Dy, Dr. Hanna Saba, Dr. Casey Duncan and our nurse practitioners. CCSI also has clinics in Decatur, Centralia, O'Fallon and area satellites.
