Description
Tour the Effingham Christmas Lights! This will be a festive evening of lights and holiday cheer. After viewing the lights there is always the opportunity to have some coffee, hot chocolate, or ice cream. Seniors ride at no charge with their RMTD senior ID card. All others pay a small fare if space is available.
