Nicole Morrison Join us for a peer-led Coffee & Connections for Effingham County employers in trades, skills, and manufacturing. Bring one challenge and one win, compare what’s working (and what isn’t), and swap practical ideas on hiring, retention, training/onboarding, safety, and light automation. We’ll keep it simple: a five-minute welcome, attendee-led topics, quick share-outs, then open networking. You’ll leave with a core group of local peers you can stay in touch with to keep the ideas flowing after the event. This session is designed for owners, ops/plant managers, HR/recruiting, supervisors, and vendor partners who support shop-floor needs.

Cancellation Policy
*Cancellations of registrations and refunds will be issued in full if received on or before noon a week (seven weekdays) prior to the event. After noon CST on said date, no refunds will be issued. If the event is rescheduled, all registrations will be honored for the rescheduled date or may be refunded in full of a refund request**. If the event is canceled, all registration will be refunded in full. **Refund requests must be submitted in writing by email to Nicole Morrison.
