Cancellation Policy
*Cancellations of registrations and refunds will be issued in full if received on or before noon a week (seven weekdays) prior to the event. After noon CST on said date, no refunds will be issued. If the event is rescheduled, all registrations will be honored for the rescheduled date or may be refunded in full of a refund request**. If the event is canceled, all registration will be refunded in full. **Refund requests must be submitted in writing by email to Nicole Morrison. Please allow up to five (5) business days to process your refund request.

Better Your Business Roundtable: People, Policies & Protection
Strong businesses aren’t built on products alone — they’re built on people, clear expectations, and smart safeguards.
This roundtable is designed for business owners, managers, and HR professionals who want to strengthen their workplace foundation. We’ll explore topics such as employee policies, compliance considerations, risk management, workplace culture, and protecting both your team and your organization.
Participants will engage in practical discussion around common challenges, policy best practices, and proactive steps that reduce risk while supporting a healthy, productive work environment.
As with all Better Your Business sessions, this will be a guided, peer-driven conversation focused on real experiences and actionable insight.
Whether you’re updating your handbook, navigating workforce challenges, or simply looking to tighten up your operational structure, this roundtable offers clarity, perspective, and meaningful takeaways to help protect what you’re building.
