DESCRIPTION:Guest Speaker: Jeff Fritchtnitch\, EC-JOBS\n\n\n\nAfter 30 plus years in academia\, Mr. Jeff Fritchtnitch retired as the Superintendent of the Mt. Vernon Township High School District #201 in 2020. Previously\, he was the Superintendent of the Altamont Community Unit School District #10\, where he served as Superintendent for 10 years.\n\n \n\nCurrently\, Mr. Fritchtnitch is consulting on an individual basis as well as serving as a consultant for Synapsis: Rural Illinois Shared Education (RISE) which focuses on educational technologies for distance learning and course sharing.\n\n \n\nMr. Fritchtnitch recently joined the Chamber on a part-time basis to assist the Chamber's Foundation with EC-JOBS (Effingham County Job Opportunities for Business Success).\n\n \n\nEC JOBS is a web-based platform that is being created specifically for Effingham County school districts\, Lake Land College\, and county businesses. It will create a talent pipeline from school to work for high school students\, community college students\, parents\, displaced workers\, and incumbent workers.
